Wish You Had Someone To Help With Your Dog Issues I own 3 Rescue dogs - two of them came with problems.
Jessie is a German Shepherd - we got her at 9 months old. She hadn't been socialised at all and want to kill every dog she met. Jessie took over Top Dog status in the house with my dogs, but not with me!
After a while she came to look at my husband and I as the leaders of the pack. jessie went on to compete at Agility Shows where there are hundreds of dogs.
Chase is a Border Collie - we got her at 1 year old. Her only problem was she was manic Collie. She had had 4 homes before we took her on. Chase would chase everything in sight - even cars - when let off the lead she would run and run and not know when to stop!
1 year later and she is competing at Agility Shows -she doesn't chase things she shouldn't and has a perfect recall
