Competed in Agility for 15 years. Competed with several breeds ... German Shepherd, Crossbreed, Border Collies & Australian Kelpies

Many of my dogs have been troubled rescue dogs that i have channeled their energy into agility

These agility sessions are based for the complete beginner, dog or handler, up to Grade 6 (Kennel Club Agility Grade)

Anyone who finds that Agility is for them will in time be invited to join the North Derbyshire Dog Agility Club. This is a Kennel Club Agility Club which Kev & Jackie set up in 1999. Jackie is still Chairperson and Show Secretary. Both Jackie & Kev are trainers at North Derbyshire Dog Agility Club

The venue is set in 25 acres of beautiful Derbyshire countryside. There is lots of room to walk your dog either before or after training. (Please always pick up after your dog)

There are also several local pubs in the village selling real ale & lovely food. The village also has public toilets

TRAINING TIMES

Tuesday 30th Aug …cancelled ..running Dog Vegas Agility Show
Tuesday 6th September two sessions as normal
Tuesday 13th September ..Cancelled …away in Sunny Cornwall
Tuesday 20th September … just one session 6.15pm till dusk
Tuesday 27th September … just one session 6.15pm till dusk
This is the LAST Tuesday training

Sunday training starts on
Sunday 9th October
10.30 arrive to set up the equipment (Please leave your dog in the car for health & safety reasons)
Session 1 (Beginners) train as soon as the equipment is set up until 11.45
Session 2 (Non-Beginners) train at 11.45 - 12.45, we then pack away the equipment

PRICE
Each dog & Handler £5.00 for one hours training, £7.00 if you wish to train for two hours / 2 dogs

Obedience ... in order that your dog can be trained to do Agility, you will require the basics in dog obedience
